for a three-hour time slot.
This offer is non-transferable and excludes holidays.

Located at 707 Washington Street in Evanston, the space was designed by Shumaker Design Associates. The interior features high-quality materials, finishes, and a curated collection of art and antiques available for purchase. We are looking to host groups that appreciate exceptional design and will respect the gallery environment.

Please note the following details:

- Capacity: Maximum of 25 people for cocktail-style events.

- Policy: Adult events only.

- Facilities: On-site ice, refrigeration, and a prep area (no cooking permitted). Furniture, stemware, and stoneware are included.

- Food & Beverage: You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We can also provide recommendations for catering and floral services.

- Parking: Street parking is available for guests, and there is a parking pad in the back for a catering truck.
